We had a fantastic experience at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The real surprise came when we were informed that we had been upgraded to an executive suite. What a wonderful gesture! The suite was stunning, spacious and had a terrace. It’s rare to encounter such genuine hospitality, and we truly appreciated the upgrade, which took our trip to the next level. The attention to detail was evident in every aspect, from the comfy bedding to the thoughtful touches in the room (complimentary fruits). The hotel’s location was also perfect, close to everything we wanted to see and do.

An excellent breakfast included all kinds of food and lots of choices. The location is very close to many tourist sites worth visiting. An excellent gym that includes a wide variety of equipment is suitable for people who also come to keep traning while on vacation

It's in a nice, quiet spot, not in the old town but close to public transport (M1, T1, and tons of buses), so you can easily get around without your car. They had free valet parking, which was great because parking's a bit complicated in the area. The spa was a bonus – sauna, hammam, pool, jacuzzi. The jacuzzi was a bit chilly though. We didn't use the gym, but it looked good. Breakfast had loads of choices, including fresh juice and made-to-order eggs. The room was spacious.

Great hotel with excellent helpful staff who are ready to help with any question in a short time. Breakfast are not very rich but good enough for any 5* hotels. We had a lot of different turkish desserts every day. Location is not perfect. Hotel is located near metro but it takes too much time to get anywhere. Anyway, it is much better than location of many other hotels. We had a great stay in Istanbul in Dosso Dossi hotel!

Dosso Dossi Hotel Downtown is a great option for anyone visiting Istanbul. We booked here for 5 nights during the new year, and it was amazing stay. Their staff specifically Ms. Laila & Mr. Abdullah were very welcoming and attentive to our needs and requests. They went the extra mile to ensure we felt at home. The Housekeeping was very diligent; our room was always kept clean. We tried the SPA Services, and it was refreshing - prices are normal. The Hotel location is perfect with Cafes on left and right and it is near the metro station if you need to go in any direction in Istanbul, shopping malls, historic areas.... Breakfast was varied, yet I would recommend they revive the midnight soup ritual ;) We will come again for sure in our next vacation

Everything was great from start with supper friendly staff helping us checking in and working with us with the complication we ran in to regarding booking. their room was big enough to put a crib in their crib was even good enough for a 4 year old. breakfast was great so many varieties, their restaurant was great also. we had a great time there.
